Set Preferences to View NextGen® Enterprise PM Alerts in NextGen Enterprise EHR

You must enable the following practice preferences to include NextGen® Enterprise PM alerts in NextGen® Enterprise EHR and display visual indicators for them on the Patient Information Card.

  1. Access NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. From the Admin menu, select Preferences > Practice.
    The Practice Preferences window opens.
  3. In the Preference List pane, select Patient Information Bar.
  4. In the EHR tab, select one or both of the following options.
    • To display a PM tab on the Patient Alerts window for viewing NextGen® Enterprise PM alerts, select the Display PM Alerts check box.
    • To display the count for NextGen® Enterprise PM alerts on the Alerts button on the Patient Information Card and color the button red, select the PM Visual Indicators check box.
