Select Filters in the Stays View

In Stays view, you can select filters to view the stay-schedule list for your patients. Open NextGen® Mobile. On the menu bar, select the Stays icon. Note: The Stays option is available only if your clinic is configured as an acute care facility. Note: If you had selected a department previously, the Stays view displays a list of stay-schedules for the selected department. The Departments view opens. From the All Departments section, search for and select a department, and then select Done.A list of stay-schedules appears in descending order by length of stay. Edit Dictation using Device Edit

You can use the Device Edit option to view a draft of the recorded dictation return to your mobile device for review and editing. Open NextGen® Mobile. Open a dictation job, and then record the dictation. From the edit options, select Device Edit. Edit options To send the dictation, select Send. When the job is ready, in Hub, select Ready for Review. The job appears in the Ready For Review view. Jobs ready for review To edit, select the job from the list. The Draft Review view opens displaying the dictation text. You can view the patient details and the sections listed, and then review the transcription. To edit the dictation text, select and hold a word to select it. The text is highlighted and the editing toolbar and keyboard appear. View Inpatient Schedules in the Stays View

Before you begin You must configure your clinic as an acute care facility. In NextGen® Mobile, you can view the inpatient schedules in the Stays view. Open NextGen® Mobile. On the menu bar, select the Stays icon. Note: If you had selected a department previously, the Stays view displays the list of stay schedules for the selected department. The Departments view opens. From the All Departments section, search for and select a department, and then select Done.A list of stay schedules appears. Optional: Select the Device Added Patients department, and then select Done. Note: The Device Added Patients department is displayed only when the device-added patient stay schedule is available. Add Dictation Jobs

Before you begin You must configure Access to Mobile Job List for your permission group in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. You can search for, filter, and delete recorded dictation jobs in Jobs in Hub. You can add jobs for an unscheduled patient encounter and make records of phone calls, texts, or emails. You can also restore a deleted job to the job list by opening a case in NextGen Healthcare Success Community. Note: If the Access to Image Only Job List option is turned on in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, you can only view image jobs and cannot create jobs. Open NextGen® Mobile.Hubopens. Select Jobs.Details of the available jobs on the current date appear. If another provider queue is added to your job list, the provider job queue indicator appears with the job type. Apply Filters and Generate Job Reports

You can generate Dictation Jobs, Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs, and Charge Capture Jobs customized reports by applying filters, hiding and showing the specific columns, and sorting the jobs to search and analyze the data. Note: Based on your clinic's configuration, you can search and view the job types. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select a clinic you want to work with. Select Jobs Tracking. You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports. The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default. In Filters, select from the necessary fields, enter the required patient information, and then select the type of jobs to customize the report.By default, job number, patient, in-process start, appointment date, MRN, job status, job type, dictator ID, and editing complete columns are selected. Add Generic Dictation Jobs for New Patients

Before you begin To add patient demographic information to a generic job, ensure that your clinic sets up a job type to provide tags to dictate demographic information. You can add a generic job for a new patient in unscheduled encounters, or a patient visiting another provider. You can add generic jobs for the current date. Open NextGen® Mobile.Hubopens. Select Jobs.Details of the available jobs on the current date appear. If another provider queue is added to your job list, the provider job queue indicator appears with the job type.
