Filter Medication Information

Use the options above the Medication Information Configuration grid to filter the grid display. The Grid Filter options filter the grid to display All medications, or only Billable or Non-Billable medications. Update a Medication

Select the medication in the Medication Information grid. The Manufacturer, Drug, Unit Type, J-Code, and NDC# fields below the grid fill in. Change the manufacturer, drug description or unit type, as needed. Select Update to save the changes to the grid. Parent topic: Updating Medication Information

Search for a Vaccine

To filter and find vaccines in the Immunization grid, use the filter fields above the grid. You can filter the grid by applying filters for one or more of the following: Manufacture, Inventory Description, NDC, Lot No. and/or CPT code. You can use partial entries in the Manufacturer and Inventory Description fields to find all entries with that character string: For example, the filter Kline, will return results for Glaxo Smith Kline. Note: For the NDC field, a partial search only filters the grid for entries that start with the character string. Clear Search Filters

To clear all entries in the search fields, click the Eraser button to the right of the fields. The grid returns to showing all immunizations. Parent topic: Search for a Vaccine

Filter the Inventory Grid

If the Location field doesn’t show the location for the inventory you want to check, select the field and select the location. If Sub-locations are enabled, select the Sub-Location field and select the sub-location. To view inventory only from certain source, select the Source field above the grid and select that source from the picklist. Note: The selection ALL in the Source field shows the inventory in all locations once another filter is applied, but does not show all inventory when the other filter fields are blank. Select one or more of the: Drug Name, Manufacturer and/or Patient Name fields and either select an entry or select the blank at the top of the picklist to be able to type an entry in the field. Select items from the picklists. Select the NDC Lot#, and/or JCode into those fields. Mark the Show Expired >0 Qty option if you want to see only expired medications. Mark the Show Zero Qty option if you want to see only all expired medications. Parent topic: Managing Medications
