to the right of the fields.
The grid returns to showing all immunizations.

Filter the Immunization Grid

Search for a Vaccine
To filter and find vaccines in the Immunization grid, use the filter fields above the grid. You can filter the grid by applying filters for one or more of the following: Manufacture, Inventory Description, NDC, Lot No. and/or CPT code. You can use partial entries in the Manufacturer and Inventory Description fields to find all entries with that character string: For example, the filter Kline, will return results for Glaxo Smith Kline. Note: For the NDC field, a partial search only filters the grid for entries that start with the character string. Field filters
You can use the fields above the grid to search the grid entries by Manufacturer, Drug Name, Unit Type, J-Code and/or NDC number. These fields take partial entries. As you type in a field, the grid shows results that match your entry. Note: To clear the search fields, select the Eraser icon to the right of the fields. Parent topic: Filter Medication Information

Filter the Care Guidelines and Immunization Data
Click the Show due within field. Enter a time frame for when the item is due. The grid shows items that are due within the selected time frame. Parent topic: Care Guidelines and Immunization Data

Delete a Vaccine
Any vaccine can be removed from the grid so that it is not sent over to the main inventory. Select the entry in the grid. Select Delete Row. The entry is removed. Parent topic: Manage Immunization Information

Select Vaccines by Searching
The Search All option enables you to search for any vaccine. Vaccines can be searched by Vaccine Name, CVX code, CPT4 code, or CPT4 description. You also can select whether to search all vaccines or only those in the Vaccine Inventory. From the Select Vaccines section, select Search All. The Search Vaccines window opens. In the search option section, enter the Vaccine Name, CVX code, CPT4 code, or CPT4 Description. Select Search inventory only or Search all vaccines. Select Find. Select the desired vaccines.
