Document Additional Immunization Details

You can document additional immunization details before you submit charges.

  1. On the MICS Immunizations template, expand the Immunization Administration panel.

  2. Select the Consent given by field, and select who has given consent from the list.
  3. Enter the additional immunization details.
  4. Document the patient response to the immunization in the Patient Response section.
  5. Select Add/Update.
    The additional immunization details are saved to the Immunization Orders grid.
