Document Additional Immunization Details

You can document additional immunization details before you submit charges.

1. On the MICS Immunizations template, expand the Immunization Administration panel.
   

2. Select the Consent given by field, and select who has given consent from the list.
   Note: You can enter the value in this field even if the patient is an adult.
3. Enter the additional immunization details.
4. Document the patient response to the immunization in the Patient Response section.
   Note: You can document patent response at the time of administration or before submitting charges.
5. Select Add/Update.
   The additional immunization details are saved to the Immunization Orders grid.
