Add Par Levels for a medication

You can add par levels for a medication in the inventory at a location, sub-location, and source.

1. On the Admin Configuration system template, expand the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel.
   

2. From the Locations grid, select the desired record.
   All the medications with configured par levels for the selected location and sub-location appear in the Medication Par Levels grid.
3. Select Not configured option at the top of the Medication Par Levels grid.
   The medications without any configured par level appear in the Medication Par Levels grid.
4. Select the desired medication.
5. In the fields below Low Level and High Level column, enter the low and high par level for the selected medication respectively.
6. Optional: To apply the entered par levels for all the sources of the selected medication, select * in the field below Source column of the Medication Par Levels grid.
7. Select Add . Update.
