Set up Save & Close Template Trigger

The Save & Close Template action automatically saves and closes the template. CAUTION: If you set up a Launch Document trigger and the template contains data that needs to be displayed on the launched document, set up a Save Template or Save & Close Template trigger first on the same field. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Save & Close Template action. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Save & Close Template action to be triggered. Set up Print Note Trigger

The Print Note action automatically prints data from a specific note field. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Print Note action. The Print Note window opens. Select a note to be printed. To save the information and close the window, select OK. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Print Note action to be triggered. Set up Refresh Template Trigger

The Refresh Template action refreshes the display of template structure and/or data at run time. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Refresh Template action . Manage Clear Trigger

The Clear action clears all edit fields on a template at run time. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Clear action to display the Clear window, which asks if you want to prompt. Select an option in response to Should the user be prompted during the execution of this trigger? To prompt the user to confirm the Clear action at run time, select Yes. If you do not want to prompt the user, select No. To set the prompt from a template field, select the Use Template Field option, and then select the field from the list. To save the information and close the window, select OK. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Clear action to be triggered. To save the trigger and close the Trigger Info window, select OK. The trigger is listed in the Triggers window. Select OK and save your template. Parent topic: Setting up Specific Trigger

Set up Toggle Sidebar Trigger

The Toggle Sidebar action enables users to show/hide a Sidebar template. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Toggle Sidebar action. The Toggle Sidebar window opens. Select the necessary state from the list: Toggle. Switches the Sidebar template to the opposite state: hides it if it is shown and shows it if it is hidden Hide. Hides the Sidebar template Show. Shows the Sidebar template To close the window, select OK. If necessary, set up a specific condition for the Toggle Sidebar action to be triggered. Select OK and save your template. Set up Reports Trigger

The Reports action provides you with a set of reports template triggers. Using these triggers, you can display a specific report or a full list of available reports, or you can generate a specific report. Follow the applicable steps in General Trigger Setup. Select the Reports action. The Reports Action window opens. From the Action list, select one of these actions. Display Report Select the Report Type and Report Name from the respective lists. Report List Generate Report From the Enterprise list, select Y or N or a template field. To save the information and close the window, select OK.
