Setup Graphical Exam Tool (GET)

The Graphical Exam Tool (GET) settings enable you to manage profiles, findings, exam tools, procedures, attributes, and reasons for visit. Display the Hosted Component Field Properties window in one of these ways: Double-click an inserted GET component field. Right-click an inserted GET component field to display the shortcut menu, and select Propertie. Select Settings. The Graphical Exam Tool - Settings window opens. Select the applicable tab to set up: Profiles Findings Exam Tools Procedures Attributes Reasons for Visit Note: Before you add a GET profile, set up the necessary findings, exam tools, procedures, attributes, and reasons for visit. Select Save and then select Close. Copy Exam Tools Mapping

In the Items Mapping window, select the Copy all items button. The Copy Exam Tools window opens. Select the respective Practice, Location and Provider from the list. Practice should be selected for the mapping and location should be selected if you have selected practice and provider. Source and destination should be different. Note: If the exam tools are already mapped for the existing combination then warning message is displayed, select Yes to proceed or select No. Select Copy. Graphical Exam Tool (GET) Component

The Graphical Exam Tool (GET) component enables you to create and manage GET settings. This section explains how to create and manage GET settings for profiles, findings, exam tools, procedures, attributes, and reasons for visit. This section also explains how to map findings and exam tools for a given practice, location, and provider. To extract data from the GET into documents, set up a Graphical Exam Summary macro in the Document Builder. Copy Findings Mappings

In the Items Mapping window, select the Copy all items button. The Copy Findings window opens. Select the respective Practice, Location and Provider from the list. Map Findings

In the Graphical Exam Tool - Settings window, select Mappings. The Items Mappings window opens. In the Map section, perform the following: In Enterprise, select the respective enterprise from the list. By default the first enterprise is selected. The list of enterprises existing in the database appears in alphabetical order. In Practice, select the respective practice from the list. By default the first practice is selected. The list of practices for the selected enterprise appears in alphabetical order. In Location, select the respective location from the list. The list of locations for the selected practice appears in alphabetical order. Note: Location should be selected if you have selected practice and provider.
