In the Graphical Exam Tool - Settings window, select Mappings.
The Items Mappings window opens.
In the Map section, perform the following:
In Enterprise, select the respective enterprise from the list. By default the first enterprise is selected. The list of enterprises existing in the database appears in alphabetical order.
In Practice, select the respective practice from the list. By default the first practice is selected. The list of practices for the selected enterprise appears in alphabetical order.
In Location, select the respective location from the list. The list of locations for the selected practice appears in alphabetical order.
Note: Location should be selected if you have selected practice and provider.
In Provider, select the respective provider from the list. The list of rendering providers for the selected location appears in alphabetical order.
Note: If the Location and Provider fields are not selected then the mappings are saved at enterprise and practice level.
In the Map Item section, select the Findings option.
Findings option is selected by default and displays all findings associated with the selected profile in the Items section. You can also select findings at practice, location, and provider levels.
In the Items section, select the required findings check box.
To select or clear all the check boxes, select the Check or Uncheck all items button.
Select Save.
To save and close the Items Mapping window, select Save & Close.
