Map Exam Tools
- In the Graphical Exam Tool - Settings window, select Mappings.
The Items Mapping window opens.
- To select or clear all the check boxes, select the Check or Uncheck all items
button.

In the Graphical Exam Tool - Settings window, select Mappings. The Items Mappings window opens. In the Map section, perform the following: In Enterprise, select the respective enterprise from the list. By default the first enterprise is selected. The list of enterprises existing in the database appears in alphabetical order. In Practice, select the respective practice from the list. By default the first practice is selected. The list of practices for the selected enterprise appears in alphabetical order. In Location, select the respective location from the list. The list of locations for the selected practice appears in alphabetical order. Note: Location should be selected if you have selected practice and provider. In Provider, select the respective provider from the list. The list of rendering providers for the selected location appears in alphabetical order. Note: If the Location and Provider fields are not selected then the mappings are saved at enterprise and practice level. In thMap Findings

In the Items Mapping window, select the Copy all items button. The Copy Exam Tools window opens. Select the respective Practice, Location and Provider from the list. Practice should be selected for the mapping and location should be selected if you have selected practice and provider. Source and destination should be different. Note: If the exam tools are already mapped for the existing combination then warning message is displayed, select Yes to proceed or select No. Select Copy. By default, all reasons for visits have all defined exam tools included in their display image in the order specified on the profile. If you have added a new exam tool to the GET and the derm_exam profile, you must add that exam tool to the image for the appropriate reason for visit. On the GET template, select the icon. The Options and Setting menu opens. From the menu, select Settings. The Graphical Exam Tool -Settings window opens. Select the Profiles tab. In the Profiles pane select derm_exam. The properties for the derm_exam profile appear in the Properties pane. In Settings, click Reasons For Visit and then click the ellipsis button. The derm_exam window opens with the defined reasons for visit in the Members pane. Select the reason for visit to which you want to add the exam tool. The properties for the selected reason for visit appear on the right. In Sort/Filter Exam Tools, click Exam Tools and then click the ellipsis button. In the Procedure Findings panel, you can configure findings for a procedure, and map the Graphical Exam Tool (GET) findings to the procedure findings. On the Procedure Documentation Config practice template, expand the Procedure Findings panel. Click Procedure to open a list of procedures associated with the selected specialty. Note: The procedures are configured for a specialty on the Procedure Config practice template. Select a procedure to configure findings for a specific procedure. In Procedure findings, enter a finding to be associated with the procedure. To map the procedure finding to a finding in GET, click GET findings equivalent and select a GET finding from the list. Note: The list includes the GET findings that are not mapped to a procedure finding. You cannot assign the same GET findings to more than one finding in a procedure. In Location qualifier, enter a location for the findings. If the grid includes previously entered locations, the Location qualifier field opens aConfigure Procedure Findings

On the GET template, select the icon. The Options and Setting menu opens. From the menu, select Settings. The Graphical Exam Tool -Settings window opens. Click the Exam Tools tab. Click Add. A New Exam Tool entry appears at the top of the Findings list and the Properties pane shows the default values for an exam tool. Click Name and replace the default value with the name of the exam tool. The name entered appears as an image tab on the GET. Click the Image Name list and select the image. Note: Ensure that you have placed the image in the Template Image Path directory. Click the Image Sex list and select the value. Note: The image only appears for patients of the selected sex.
