You can create a set of multiple radio buttons follow the steps in
Insert a Radio Button Field. All buttons are set to the same length as the first button created.
For multiple radio buttons, enter the text in the Caption box, enter the applicable number or decimal in the Value box, and then select +.
Note: You can enter the % symbol in the
Caption box to replace the numeric values. The % takes the value from the
Value box.
The caption and value appears in the respective columns. The number in the value box is increased. You can also change the Caption name and Value in the box, and then select +. You can remove the added caption and value from the columns by selecting -.
You can set up a set of five radio buttons with the following values to represent a change in the severity of a patient's condition.
- Significant Improvement - 1
- Moderate Improvement - 2
- No Improvement - 3
- Slight Deterioration - 4
- No Information Available - 0
The added button appears. Make sure you use the same field name for each of these values.
