Insert Radio Button

When you are logged in as KBM admin in Template Editor, you can modify the properties of NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine templates. You need to set the Universal Preference for Enable Radio Button Clearing to True in System Administrator to enable users to clear a selected radio button. In Template Editor, drag Radio Button from the Fields toolbar to the template design area where you want to place it. The Insert Radio Button window opens. In Table, the template name appears if the table is saved. Do one of the following: To create fields that are native to the table associated with this template, leave Table blank. To share fields with another template, select that template from Table. To create a local template field, select local from Table. In Field, do one of the following. You can insert fields on a template and share, copy, and adjust their appearance and layout. Note: Some template types have limited template field availability. Insert a Button Field

Drag the Button icon from the Fields toolbar to the template design area where you want to place it. The Insert a Button window opens. In the Caption box, enter the text to appear on the button. You can enter the % symbol in the Caption box to replace the numeric values. The % takes the value from the start number and number of buttons. Note: Instead of entering the caption here, you can use in-place caption editing to enter the caption directly in the field after you have created it. To reposition and resize the field on the template, do the following: Enter the appropriate numeric values to replace the current vertical and horizontal coordinates in the Position boxes. Enter the appropriate numeric values to replace the current dimensions displayed in the Size boxes. To apply a style to the button, select the applicable check boxes under Styles. Setting Up the Data Sets Fields

The Data Sets Setup template contains many useful fields. You can use the Data Sets Setup template to retrieve values from the data tables and fields that you select. The Health Promotion Plan template retrieves the most recent value in that field and displays it in the results field with a customized label. You can also enter high and low values, and any value out of range appears in red text. You can choose what units you want to display. Note: You need to enter values in two sets of fields on the template. The following fields appear on the Data Sets Setup template. Field Description Plan Type You can label what kind of plan you want. The label displays on the template that opens this template. File Maint. Dx Category This field displays the category of diseases set up in File Maintenance. Label for Value You can label the fields you want to search. Two sets of this field appear on the template. Adding Surgery Details

You can enter the surgery details on the Surgery Sched template. The following table describes the fields in the Surgery Information panel on the Surgery Sched template. Field Description Urgent/High Priority Order To indicate if the surgery needs to be performed on priority.
