Use the Communication Component
The Communication component enables you to document calls or communications that can then be placed on a template. This provides a more functional space to maintain and update data, rather than static form fields of telephone call templates. This component functions as a data-driven workflow to document call types that provide a resource for users to document as well as take any necessary follow-up actions produced by the call.
The component is made up of the Communication Component Grid and Action Panel.
The Communication component enables a streamlined approach to documenting calls for the following categories:
- Billing Questions
 - Charges
 - Forms/Record Requests
 - Medical Questions
 - Medication Management
 - Referral Request
 - Test Results Request
