Immunizations System Rights and Permissions

System Administrator needs to assign appropriate rights and permission to user groups so that only appropriate groups can perform certain tasks. The default setting for all rights is set to Yes. Set up Rights for Applying Order Preferences Across Practices

In System Administrator, select the required user group. Open Rights tab. Expand OPERATIONS and then select Apply Order Preferences across Practices. Select Yes under Access Rights. Note: The Access Rights default is Yes. If you set the access rights to No, you cannot select all practices while copying order preferences across practices (such as required fields), setting up the Vaccine Inventory, or updating the Vaccine Schedule in File Maintenance. When creating or updating order preferences, such as required fields, Vaccine Inventory information or the Vaccine Schedule, users can apply these changes to an individual practice or across practices. These rights are set up in System Administrator > Operations and the default is Yes. Setting up Rights and Preferences for the Immunizations Module

The System Administrator should work closely with the core team of the practice to ensure that appropriate rights, preferences, SAP® Crystal Reports®, other reports, and other tasks are set up for the user groups. The administrator needs to update the Setup when the business needs change for the practice. Some functions and preferences are same for the Immunizations module and the Orders module. Therefore, if you are using the Orders module, ensure that you set up the preferences for the Orders module before you set up the Immunizations module.
