Filtering Problems in the Problem List

You can set criteria on the problem list toolbar to specify the problems you want to view in the problems list. You can view active, tracked, and chronic problems. Open the Problems Module.. In the problem list toolbar, select the Status Selection list, and do one of the following: To view all active and resolved problems, select Show All Statuses. To view only the active problems, select Show Active Problems Only. To view the problems that you added to your tracked problems list, select the Show My Tracked Problems Only check box. To view the problems that are specified as chronic, select the Show Chronic Problems Only check box. Ungroup and Group the Problems in the Problem List

By default, problems are grouped according to the preferred description, and the SNOMED® fully specified name. To ungroup the problems in the problem list, select Preferences in the problem list toolbar, and select Ungroup. The problems merge into Active, Inactive, Recurrence, Relapse, Remission, or Resolved groups. Problem List To group the problems in the problem list, select Preferences and select Regroup. The problems in the problem list appear in a tree-view structure. Do any of the following: To expand the tree-view structure for all problems, select Preferences and select Expand All. Problem List Columns

You can select the columns you want to view in the problem list. You can change the display order of a column and specify how you want to view the contents of a column. You can pin columns so that their position is static. A pinned column appears in the position you assign in the View Preferences window. Each column heading also has an up arrow and down arrow to control whether the column content lists in ascending or descending order respectively. For example, if the Onset Date column heading displays a down arrow, the problems with the most recent onset date appear at the top of the column and the problems with the oldest onset date appear at the bottom of the column. Problem List Toolbar

The problem list toolbar is located above the problem list. Problem List The problem list toolbar provides the following options: Refresh: Updates all information that you entered and accepted in the Problem List tab. Preferences: Displays a list of settings for: The data display area for column display. Grouping problems. Enabling selections for SNOMED searches. Deleted Items: Displays the Deleted Items window which lists all deleted problems from the Problem List tab. Status Selection: Enables you to specify whether you want the data display area to only show the problems with Active status. Show My Tracked Problems Only: Displays only those problems that you added to your tracked problems list. Show Chronic Problems Only: Displays only those problems you specified as Chronic. The patient's problems appear based on their statuses in a tree-view format. The problems are categorized as active, inactive, recurrence, relapse, remission and resolved.
