The problem list toolbar is located above the problem list. 
  
  
 The problem list toolbar provides the following options:
 
  - Refresh: Updates all information that you entered and accepted in the Problem List tab.
 
  - Preferences: Displays a list of settings for: 
   
    - The data display area for column display.
 
    - Grouping problems.
 
    - Enabling selections for  SNOMED®  searches.
 
   
 
  - Deleted Items: Displays the Deleted Items window which lists all deleted problems from the Problem List tab.
 
  - Status Selection: Enables you to specify whether you want the data display area to only show the problems with Active status.
 
  - Show My Tracked Problems Only: Displays only those problems that you added to your tracked problems list.
 
  - Show Chronic Problems Only: Displays only those problems you specified as Chronic.
