You can set criteria on the problem list toolbar to specify the problems you want to view in the problems list. You can view active, tracked, and chronic problems.
 
 
  - Open the Problems Module..
 
  - In the problem list toolbar, select the Status Selection list, and do one of the following:
   
    - To view all active and resolved problems, select Show All Statuses.
 
    - To view only the active problems, select Show Active Problems Only. 
     
 
   
 
  - To view the problems that you added to your tracked problems list, select the Show My Tracked Problems Only check box.
 
  - To view the problems that are specified as chronic, select the Show Chronic Problems Only check box.
