Filtering Problems in the Problem List

You can set criteria on the problem list toolbar to specify the problems you want to view in the problems list. You can view active, tracked, and chronic problems.
  1. Open the Problems Module..
  2. In the problem list toolbar, select the Status Selection list, and do one of the following:
    • To view all active and resolved problems, select Show All Statuses.
    • To view only the active problems, select Show Active Problems Only.

  3. To view the problems that you added to your tracked problems list, select the Show My Tracked Problems Only check box.
  4. To view the problems that are specified as chronic, select the Show Chronic Problems Only check box.
