Open Problem List
You can access the problem list to document and view a patient's problem history. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient record. To access the Problem List panel, do one of the following: In the Histories template, expand the Problem List panel. In the Home Page template, expand the Problem List panel. Open Problem List
You can open the problem list to document and view a patient's problem history. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient record. To open the Problem List panel, do one of the following: In the Histories template, expand the Problem List panel. In the Home Page template, expand the Problem List panel. View the Patient's Problems List
Before you begin You must ensure that you have the View access right enabled in MODULES > Medical Records > Problem List in System Administrator. For more information on user access rights, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. You can view a quick list of the patient's active medical problems and also open the Problem List tab in the Problems module to add or update the patient's medical problems. A total count of the patient's active problems appears on the Problems button on the Quick Buttons panel. Note: The icon indicates that the patient account does not have any active problem records and the No Active Problems check box in Problem List tab of the Problems Module is not selected. The icon indicates that the patient does not have any active problems and the No Active Problems check box in Problem List tab is selected.
