Before you begin
You must ensure that you have the
View access right enabled in in System Administrator. For more information on user access rights, go to
NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest
System Administrator Guide forNextGen®Enterprise.
You can view a quick list of the patient's active medical problems and also open the
Problem List tab in the Problems module to add or update the patient's medical problems.
A total count of the patient's active problems appears on the
Problems
button on the Quick Buttons panel.
Note: The

icon indicates that the patient account does not have any active problem records and the
No Active Problems check box in
Problem List tab of the Problems Module is not selected.
