You can view a quick list of the patient's active medication allergies to identify potential adverse drug reactions. You can also open the Medication Allergies module to add or update the patient's allergies.
A total count of the patient's active allergies appears on the
Allergies
button on the Quick Buttons panel.
Note: The
icon indicates that the patient account does not have any active allergies records and the
No Known Allergies check box in Medication Allergies is not selected.
