You can add and review the allergy details associated with a patient in the Allergies panel.
You can select the No known allergies checkbox to indicate that the patient does not have any known medication allergies. You can select the Reviewed, Updated checkbox to indicate that the allergy details are reviewed and updated during the encounter You can select the Reviewed, no change checkbox to indicate that the patient does not have new details to add.
You can view the intolerance details for the added allergies in the Allergies panel if the Intolerance check box is selected on the Medication Allergies module. The Intolerance check box indicates that the patient cannot tolerate the side effects of the medication.
