You can view a quick list of the patient's diagnoses and also open the
Billing ICD List tab in the Problems module to add or update the patient's diagnoses.
A total count of the patient's active
Billing ICD List items appears on the

button on the Quick Buttons panel.
Note: 
indicates that the patient account does not have any active diagnoses records and the
No Active Diagnoses check box in the
Billing ICD List tab of the Problems Module is not selected.
indicates that the patient does not have any active diagnoses and the No Active Diagnoses check box in the Billing ICD List tab is selected.
