You can access the problem list to document and view a patient's problem history.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - Select a patient record.
 
  - To access the Problem List panel, do one of the following: 
   
    - In the Histories template, expand the Problem List panel.
 
    - In the Home Page template, expand the Problem List panel.
 
   
   
    Note: You can use Problems in the quick button panel to access the Problems module.
