If the patient is expired, you will receive a warning message saying
This patient is marked as expired . Are you sure you want to create a new call? when you try to add a new call type to the patient. If you want to continue to add the call types to the patient select
Yes or select
No. The warning message displays when you select
Add,
Add & Task,
Save, and
Save & Task.
Note: : The patients are marked as expired in the Patient Demographics templates or from NextGen® Enterprise PM (formerly NextGen® Practice Management)..
If the Expired check box was selected inadvertently, you can update the Modify Patient Information window and then add a new call to the patient.
