Launching Document Trigger Run Time

A template may be configured with a Launch Document trigger that you can execute to generate a preselected document, open it in your document viewer and save it to the patient's chart.

Depending on the trigger setup, the document may be:

• Generated offline.

  If the Select Generator/Printer window opens, you can select the server and printer from the Generator and Printer lists, and select OK.

• Sent to the NextGen® PxP Portal website if the patient is enrolled in it.

• Printed to a designated printer.
