Fix Document Margins

Invalid Document Margins
For documents displayed in the TX Text viewer, NextGen® Enterprise EHR checks for the following invalid margin conditions: Negative value Viewable document area less than one inch Outside-the-margin limits supported by the selected printer Margins are not checked on documents printed to Portable Document Format (PDF) or Extended Markup Language (XML) Paper Specification (XPS) format. Note: Invalid margins may occur on HighEdit documents that are saved as RTF files. If any invalid conditions exist, the Margin Fix window opens. The Preview pane shows the current margin values and document appearance with those margins. The Margins pane displays suggested and original margin values. The Printer pane displays the minimum hard margins supported by the printer. Parent topic: Patient Documents

Document Reversion
You can revert the current version of a patient document to a previous (archived) version. Open a saved document with existing archived versions. Select the Hide/Show archived documents icon. The Revision History pane containing all previous versions of the patient Document opens. Select a previous version from the Revision History pane. The selected version is displayed below the current version of the document. Select the Restore this document as active version icon. Print Preview
To preview a patient document before printing it, from the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Menu bar, select File > Print Preview. The Print Preview window for the designated viewer opens. You can do the following on the Print Preview window: Select the zoom in/out percentage at which you want to view the patient document. The zoom level defaults to Auto to automatically resize the document when the window is resized. Select the number of pages you want to display at a time: one, two, three, or four. Select Close to exit from the Print Preview window. View the number of the page currently in display. If there are multiple pages, select the Left arrow key to go to the previous page or the Right arrow key to go the next page.
