Configure a Default Practice for Each Destination

You can configure a default practice for a selected destination by using the Generation User Preferences section in the Data Share module settings pane. In the Data Share pane, select Open the Data Share Settings Slider Open the Data Share Settings Slider. Select a destination in the Destination/Endpoint column. Generation User Preferences Select the Default Practice Code column, and select a practice code (for example, Cardiology) from the list. You can configure settings that affect all users of the Data Share module. To configure these settings, your account must have the OPERATIONS > Medical Summary/Data Share > Allow Options Edit right enabled in System Administrator. Note: Data Share module settings also affect the Medical Summary Utility. In the Data Share pane, select Open the Data Share Settings Slider Open the Data Share Settings Slider. Set the Practice Default for the Release of Information

To access Practice Preferences, do one of the following: Select the Admin > menu > Preferences > Practice. In File Maintenance, select Master Files - System and select Practices. Double-click a practice, and then select Preferences. The Practice Preferences window opens Select the Chart Practice Preferences. Select the appropriate option from the Release of Information field. Set a Practice-Level Default Page

You can setup a practice-level default procedure page. On the IORTS Px Common Cfg practice template, expand the Default Settings panel. In the Category field, select the category from which the desired procedure page belongs. The Default Page grid displays all procedure pages associated with the selected category. Open the Practice Configuration Template

Open the NTS Practice Config practice template from the Specialty Config Home system template so you can configure settings and preferences for your practice. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Show section, select All. On the System tab, select Specialty Config Home, and then select OK.
