In the Enterprise Preferences window, select the General tab.
Select the Enterprise chart checkbox.
A confirmation message appears.
Select Yes.
Note: Existing patients are automatically enrolled in Enterprise Chart when you turn it on.
An application message appears, with the option to enroll patients by default.
Select Yes to enroll all new patients in the future, or select No to decline automatic patient enrollment.
You can enroll individual patients from the Add Patient Information window when you set up new patient records. You can also enroll patients individually from the Modify Patient Information window.
