Automatically Enroll Patients When Enterprise Chart Is Enabled
Open the General tab of the Enterprise Preferences window.
For more information on Enterprise Preferences, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest File Maintenance Preferences Guide for NextGen® Enterprise.
Select the Enterprise chart check box.
A confirmation window appears, alerting you that this feature cannot be undone after it is turned on.
To enable Enterprise Chart, select Yes.
Note: All existing patients are automatically enrolled in Enterprise Chart when you enable it.
A window appears, with the option to enroll patients by default.
To enroll all new patients in the future, select Yes.
The system automatically selects the Enroll Patients in Enterprise Chart check box. You can manually clear this check box later if you change your mind or made a mistake.
To decline automatic enrollment of new patients, select No. You can enroll individual patients from the Add Patient Information window when you set up new patients. You can also enroll patients individually from the Modify Patient Information window.
