Enroll a Patient in Enterprise Chart from the Add Patient Information Window
You can enroll a new patient in Enterprise Chart manually. This option is available on the Add Patient Information window in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR, NextGen® Enterprise PM, and NextGen® Optical Management applications.
Open the Patient Lookup window.
Select the New button.
The Demographics tab of the Add Patient Information window appears.
Enter all required information.
Select the Enterprise Chart check box.
Select OK.
The patient is enrolled in Enterprise Chart.
Note: For a patient newly enrolled in Enterprise Chart, you may need to reopen the patient's chart to view information from other practices.
