Viewing Excluded Vaccine Details

To improve usability, if a vaccine has been excluded, the Excluded Status appears in the Recommendation Schedule view and Chart view. To view details of an excluded vaccine, select the status column in the appropriate vaccine row.

Excluding a combination vaccine does not exclude the individual vaccines included in the combination vaccine. In order for "Excluded" to display in the Status column of a vaccine row, that individual vaccine must be excluded. For example, MMRV is a combination vaccine that contains MMR and Varicella. If MMRV and Varicella are excluded and MMR is not, then the Excluded status will display for Varicella but not for MMR.
