Create GE Spirometry Reports

Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. For more information on how to use GE CardioSoft functionality, refer to the GE CardioSoft Operator's Manual. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select Acquire Report and select GE CardioSoft Spirometry. The GE CardioSoft application starts and displays the Test Information window. Before the test starts: Configure and select the appropriate settings as needed. Explain the test procedure to the patient. On the Test Information window: For each tab, enter or select all relevant information and select OK. If you are performing a Flow-Volume measurement: Select the Start Test button. If prompted, select OK to confirm that the patient is not yet breathing through the sensor. Have the patient exhale and inhale as directed. Select the Stop Test button. Repeat the test as needed. Create GE Stress ECG Reports

Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. For more information on how to use GE CardioSoft, refer to the appropriate GE CardioSoft Operator's Manual. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module. Select Acquire Report and select GE CardioSoft Stress ECG. The GE CardioSoft application starts and displays the Test Information window. On the Test Information window: For each tab, enter or verify all relevant information and select OK. Before the test starts: Check the applied electrodes and verify the signal quality in all leads. If needed, configure and select appropriate settings and protocols. Select the F1: pretest button to start the Pretest phase. Delete GE Reports

GE reports are stored in the GE CardioSoft database, while references to the reports are stored in NextGen® database. As a result, you must delete the report and associated references from both places. For more information on how to use GE CardioSoft, refer to the GE CardioSoft Operator's Manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select any GE report and select the Red X (Delete) button on the top toolbar. A confirmation message appears. Compare Midmark Stress ECG Reports

You can compare up to four Midmark ECGs from the same patient. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module Select the check boxes next to up to four Midmark Stress ECG reports in the IEM grid. Select Compare. The Stress Test Serial Comparison Report window opens. Select the following buttons to perform appropriate actions, as needed: Preview: Displays a print preview of the report. Print: Prints the report. Printer Setup: Enables you to change the printer settings. Help: Displays online help. Select Exit to close the report and return to the IEM. Parent topic: Midmark Stress ECGs

View Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® Resting ECG Reports

After ordering a Cardiac Science Resting ECG report, you can view it. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, load a patient and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select a Cardiac Science Resting ECG Report record with a Test Status of Confirmed, UnconfirmedOnly, or Reconfirmed. Select View Report. The HeartCentrix® Resting ECG report opens. Note: If the system finds a suitable match from information supplied in the Patient Information window, it populates the Race field. Otherwise, the field defaults to "Unknown." Select the HeartCentrix Main toolbar items as needed (functions are dependent on user permissions and view mode). After making any changes, select Confirm to save changes and return to the IEM. For more information on how to use HeartCentrix® functionalities, refer to the appropriate HeartCentrix® user manual. View Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® Holter Reports

After ordering a Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® (former Cardiac Science) Holter report, you can view it. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select a Cardiac Science Resting Holter Report record with a Test Status of Confirmed, UnconfirmedOnly, or Reconfirmed. Select View Report. The HeartCentrix® Holter report opens. Note: If the system finds a suitable match from information supplied in the Patient Information window, it populates the Race field. Otherwise, the field defaults to Unknown. Select the HeartCentrix Main toolbar items as needed (functions are dependent on user permissions and view mode). Enter your interpretation and select Confirm to save the changes. For more information on how to use HeartCentrix® functionalities, refer to the appropriate HeartCentrix® user manual.
