Status of a Deleted Allergy

The Clinical Status and the Verification Status of a deleted allergy change as per the option you select in the Delete Record window while deleting the allergy.

If you select the Delete and mark item "Inactive" option on the Delete Record window and delete an allery, the Clinical Status changes to Inactive, and the Verification Status remains same as in the Medication Allergies module.

If you select the Delete and mark item "Entered in Error" option on the Delete Record window and delete an allergy, the Clinical Status becomes blank, and the Verification Status changes to Entered in Error.
