Set up Documents Preferences

You can set up documents preferences for:
  • Viewers by document type
  • A default generator and a default printer for documents launched from a template trigger and generated offline using the Document Queue utility
  • Checking spelling in documents (TX Text viewer only)
  • Default layout view of TX Text documents
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. Select Tools and select Preferences.
    The Preferences window opens.
  3. Select the Documents tab.

  4. Set up the applicable preferences in each section.
  5. To save preferences, perform one of the following:
    1. Select OK to save the preferences and close the window.
    2. Select Apply if you want to continue setting other user preferences on tabs in the window.
