Search for an NDC ID on the NDC Lookup

If the appropriate code does not appear or to display additional codes:
- Enter other search criteria, such as NDC ID or Description, if necessary.
- Select Search.
Note: Only the NDC ID codes for the current vaccine’s CPT display as default.
Select a code from the search results, if applicable.
The new NDC ID displays in the NDC ID field.
Continue entering the appropriate fields for the vaccine you are setting up.
