Field	Description
Vaccine Billing	Enable or disable a user’s rights to The Vaccine Billing codes.
Vaccine Funding Source	Enable or disable a user’s rights to view, add, update or update delete Funding Source codes.
Vaccine Inventory	Enable or disable a user’s rights to view, add, update, or delete the Vaccine Inventory. To enable a user to generate the Vaccine Inventory Master File report, select the Print permission.
Vaccine Relations	Enable or disable a user’s rights to view, add, update, or delete Vaccine Relationships.
VFC Reasons	Enable or disable a user’s rights to view, add, update, or delete the Vaccine for Children (VFC) reasons.
VIS SetUp	Enable or disable a user’s rights to view, add, update, or delete the VIS documents.

You can setup rights and permission for the following vaccine types: Field Description Vaccine Billing Enable or disable a user’s rights to The Vaccine Billing codes. Vaccine Funding Source Enable or disable a user’s rights to view, add, update or update delete Funding Source codes. Vaccine Inventory Enable or disable a user’s rights to view, add, update, or delete the Vaccine Inventory. Generating a Vaccine Inventory Master File Report

You can generate and print a Vaccine Inventory Master File report, which enables you to display Vaccine Inventory data for your practice, multiple practices, a specific location within the practice, or all locations. You can display Vaccine Inventory report data according to your practice’s needs, using the following options: Selecting columns (such as Vaccine Name, CPT4 and CVX code, and Expiration Date) Selecting Filters (such as, Practice, Units remaining, and VFC) Sorting data (Such as grouping by Location and Sort Ascending by Vaccine Name) Displaying totals By selecting columns and filters, you can generate reports to obtain data, such as the following: Determine how vaccines are being used for Vaccine for Children (VFC) patients. Adding Immunization Details

You can document the additional immunization details on the MICS Immunizations template. The following table describes the fields used to document the additional immunization details in the Immunization Administration panel on the MICS Immunizations template. Field Description Seq If the vaccine is being administered as part of a sequence, you can click this field, and select the number of the current administration in the vaccine sequence. Note: The Seq field on the MICS Immunizations template is shared with the Sequence field in the Vaccine Details tab on the Immunization module. Booster You can indicate that the vaccine is being administered as a booster.
