A provider who is enrolled with the Surescripts retail or mail-order pharmacy networks can perform certain actions only if the following applicable service levels are selected:
 
  - New Rx sends a new Rx request to the pharmacy.
 
 
 Note: This service level is always enabled for enrolled providers. The Practice Rights in System Administrator must be set to Yes.
 
 
 
  - Refill Request  receives refill requests from pharmacies.
 
  - Medication History receives a patient's entire medication history from Surescripts.
 
  - Eligibility checks patient's eligibility.
 
  - Rx Change receives a request from a pharmacy to change a prescription.
 
  - Rx Fill receives prescription fill statuses from pharmacies that support the RxFill transaction.
 
  - Rx Fill Indicator Change  changes the RxFill notifications for a medication and send an update response back to the enrolled pharmacy.
 
  - Cancel Rx sends a cancel request for an electronic prescription that was previously sent to a pharmacy.
 
  - ePCS electronically prescribes Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) controlled substances.
 
  -  ePA sends electronic prior authorization requests.
