After you add an insurer to a person or patient's profile, you can promote or demote the insurance provider. You can only promote the payers up to the insured level. You cannot promote a payer, with a relation as a subscriber, higher than a payer with the patient as the subscriber on this window.
- In the Insurance Listing section of the Demographics tab, select the applicable insurer.
- Select the Open Menu
, and then select one of the following:
- Promote to move the insurer higher in the list.
- Demote to move the insurer down in the list.
- To save the change, select OK.
