After you add insurance information to a person or patient's profile, you can view the insurance information in the Insurance Maintenance window. In this window, you can add new information or modify existing information.
- In the Insurance Listing section of the Demographics tab, select the Open Menu
button and then select Open Insurance Information.
The Insurance Maintenance window appears.
- Select the desired tab to update or add information. You can access the following tabs in the Insurance Maintenance window:
- Detail
- Detail - 2
- Ins Cards
- Benefit Info
- Authorizations
- Referrals
- Elig/Referral
- Website
- External

- Select OK to save the new or modified information.
