Modify Insurance Information

After you add insurance information to a person or patient's profile, you can view the insurance information in the Insurance Maintenance window. In this window, you can add new information or modify existing information.
  1. In the Insurance Listing section of the Demographics tab, select the Open Menu button and then select Open Insurance Information.
    The Insurance Maintenance window appears.
  2. Select the desired tab to update or add information. You can access the following tabs in the Insurance Maintenance window:
    • Detail
    • Detail - 2
    • Ins Cards
    • Benefit Info
    • Authorizations
    • Referrals
    • Elig/Referral
    • Website
    • External

  3. Select OK to save the new or modified information.
