Permission Settings
In the communication component, restrictions are allowed per user for each call type as needed. Permissions are configurable for the communication component as well as the template created for it. Permissions are set up in System Administrator. Permissions allow practices to control what users have access to specific information in the patient record.
- Open System Administrator.
- Select a user group.
- Select the Rights tab.
- Expand .
- Under Access Rights, select Yes or No to set the permission per call type (Billing Questions, Charges, Forms/Records Request, Medical Question, Medication Management, Other, Referral and Test Results).
- Select Save.
