To view, add, update, delete, or print medical information, the applicable access rights must be set in the System Administrator application for Modules Rights/Medical Records. Medical Records rights comprise:
 
  - Appointment Status Colors
 
  - Email
 
  - Graphing
 
  - Imaging
 
  - Medication Allergies
 
  - Medications
 
  - Orders (lab, radiology, and immunizations)
 
  - Patient Alerts
 
  - Patient Appointments
 
  - Patient Reports
 
  - Problem List
 
  - Procedures
 
  - Superbill

  - You cannot update or delete diagnoses or problems entered by another practice by executing the Patient Diagnosis trigger or Patient Problem trigger. If you try to do so, a message appears indicating that the encounter is locked.
