You can set a problem as comorbid if it co-occurs with other problems for the same patient.
- Select the patient's encounter that contains the problem.
- Select a problem in the problem list that is not marked as Comorbid.
- Do one of the following:
- Right-click the problem, and then select Set Comorbid Condition.
- On the problem list data entry area toolbar, select Set Comorbid Condition.
- If necessary, select Refresh in the display area toolbar for the change to appear.
