Indicate Vaccine Usage by Practice Type and VFC patient on the Vaccines Tab
In the Practice section, the current practice appears.
- To indicate if the vaccine information is for all practices, select All Practices
Note: You can only select All Practices, if you have set up the Apply Order Preferences across Practices rights in System Administrator. If these rights are not set up, the All Practices field is disabled.
- Select the practice Location, if necessary.
Note: Inventory items can be specified for a particular location, by selecting from the Location list. This will suppress this inventory item from other Locations within the Practice in the Immunizations module.
- If the vaccine is to be used for a patient who is VFC-eligible, select the VFC check box.

- Select OK.
- Continue this process for each of the vaccines until you have built your practice's Vaccine Inventory.
Note: The Vaccine Order Sequence tab is not in operatioins for the Immunizations module.
