Enabling Create Medication Entry

If you have prescribing rights, you can create a medication entry for refill requests that have the type unmatched prescription and commit them to the patient chart. Drug utilization review occurs when you select Commit in the Refill Request Patient Matching window.

If you select Create Medication Entry in the Refill Request Patient Matching window, the medication adds as is to memory. The prescription status is updated to Successfully Matched and Matched.
