Enable the Case View in NextGen® Enterprise EHR

To view cases associated with your patients, you must enable Case View in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. When Case View is enabled, you can view cases for all patients.

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select a patient from the Patient Lookup window.
  2. To view the cases associated with the selected patient, select the settings icon, and select the View Case Management check box on the user-level display setting window.
    The Encounter History tab displays the Case Management information.

  3. On the Encounter History tab, select an encounter that has case, and select the context menu icon and then select Properties.
    The Case Management window opens.

  4. Review available case related information or make any applicable changes.
  5. Select OK.
