You can modify a case in NextGen® Enterprise EHR at any time.
In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select a patient from the Patient Lookup window.
On the Encounter History tab, select an encounter that has case, and select the Case Options icon and then select Properties.
Note: Some Cases can be marked as Private. If you have selected a case that is marked private, then you must have proper user rights and permissions to access that case information.
The Case Management window opens.
Make any necessary modifications to the selected Case or the related data.
