Display the Full History of a Problem

You can view the full history of an active or resolved problem.
  1. Select an active or resolved problem in the display area of the Problems module.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click the problem, and select View History.
    • On the toolbar of the problem data entry area, select View History.

      The Problem History window opens.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • Scroll from left to right to see all columns in the window.
    • Expand the window to display all columns.

  4. From a column heading, select the Pin button to set the column in a Pinned or Unpinned position.
  5. To change the position of a column, select the Pin button until it is unpinned.
  6. To set the column to display in ascending order, select the column arrow so it points upward .
  7. To set the column to display in descending order, select the column arrow so it points downward .
  8. To show or hide a column, select Preferences and select a column to display it or clear the column to hide it on the Problem History window.
