Display the Full History of a Problem

You can view the full history of an active or resolved problem. Select an active or resolved problem in the display area of the Problems module. Do one of the following: Right-click the problem, and select View History. On the toolbar of the problem data entry area, select View History. The Problem History window opens. Do one of the following: Scroll from left to right to see all columns in the window. Expand the window to display all columns. Problem History From a column heading, select the Pin button to set the column in a Pinned or Unpinned position. Note: If a column is Unpinned, drag and drop that column anywhere in the display grid. If a column is pinned, you cannot move that column, and the column appears only in the position it was assigned in the Column Preferences window. Set Columns for Problem History

You can set preferences for columns that should display in the Problem History window. In the Problem History window, select the Preferences button. The Preferences menu opens. Set Columns to Display To specify which columns you want to display on the Problems Notes window, do the following: Select Set Columns to Display. The View Preferences window opens. View Preferences From the Available Columns section, select the columns and select Add to move them to the right pane. From the Display these fields in this order section, select any columns you want to remove and select Remove. Select Move Up or Move Down to set the order the columns are displayed. To view the list of settings for the columns, select the Preferences button in the Problem Notes window. Select or clear the applicable columns to view or hide them in the Problem Notes window. Set Columns to Display To specify which columns to view in the Problems Notes window and their display order: Select Set Columns to Display. The View Preferences window opens. Problem List Columns

You can select the columns you want to view in the problem list. You can change the display order of a column and specify how you want to view the contents of a column. You can pin columns so that their position is static. A pinned column appears in the position you assign in the View Preferences window. Each column heading also has an up arrow and down arrow to control whether the column content lists in ascending or descending order respectively. For example, if the Onset Date column heading displays a down arrow, the problems with the most recent onset date appear at the top of the column and the problems with the oldest onset date appear at the bottom of the column.
