You can set preferences for columns that should display in the Problem History window.
 
 
  - In the Problem History window, select the Preferences 
 button.
   
    The 
Preferences menu opens. 
    
    
  - To specify which columns you want to display on the Problems Notes window, do the following:
   
    - Select Set Columns to Display.
     
      The View Preferences window opens.
     
      
    - From the Available Columns section, select the columns and select Add to move them to the right pane.
 
    - From the Display these fields in this order section, select any columns you want to remove and select Remove.
 
    - Select Move Up or Move Down to set the order the columns are displayed.
 
    - Select OK to save your changes.
