Delete Midmark Reports
Midmark reports are stored in the NextGen database.
Access the IEM
Open the Integrated Equipment Module
.
From the IEM grid, select a
Midmark
report and select
(
Delete
) on the top toolbar.
A confirmation message appears.
Select
Yes
to confirm the deletion.

Delete Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® Reports
Hillrom™ HeartCentrix® (former Cardiac Science) reports are stored in the Cardiac Science database, while references to the reports are stored in NextGen® database. As a result, you must delete the report and associated references from both places. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select any Cardiac Science report and select View Report. A Cardiac Science report opens. In either Edit or Edit Demographics modes, select the Options menu on the Main toolbar and choose Delete Test. Note: Deleting a report prevents a user from accessing a test. The test is still stored in HeartCentrix® and can be reactivated with assistance from HeartCentrix® Technical Support. With the same report selected in the IEM grid, select the Red X(Delete) button on the top toolbar.A confirmation message appears. Select Yes to confirm the deletion. Create Midmark ECG Reports
Before you begin Before you start recording, ensure that the equipment is connected to the PC. Prepare the patient for the test as needed. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, open a patient chart and select a location and provider. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the Acquire Report list, select Midmark ECG. The live ECG window opens. Recording runs for 10 seconds and then stops. Select your name in the Reviewed By list. Analyze the clinical data in the report. Select Save to save the report and return to the Equipment Reports pane in EHR. A new Midmark Resting ECG report appears in the IEM grid and an (Equipment Report) indicator appears in the History toolbar under the encounter. Note: If the Store PDF Report on Equipment Report Modify Universal Preference is enabled, a PDF of the equipment report is generated and attached to the patient's encounter in the History toolbar. Delete GE Reports
GE reports are stored in the GE CardioSoft database, while references to the reports are stored in NextGen® database. As a result, you must delete the report and associated references from both places. For more information on how to use GE CardioSoft, refer to the GE CardioSoft Operator's Manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select any GE report and select the Red X (Delete) button on the top toolbar. A confirmation message appears. View Midmark ECG Reports
After recording a Midmark ECG report, you can view it. Reports are displayed on the ECG window with ECG data traces from each of the patient leads. For more information on Midmark ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module Select a Midmark Resting ECG report from the IEM grid and select View Report. The ECG window opens. Enter or change information as needed, such as the Reviewed By value or the results summary. Select Save to close the report and return to the IEM. If prompted, select Yes to save any changes. View Midmark Holter Reports
You can view Midmark Holter, full disclosure, and summary reports and edit full disclosure reports. Reports are displayed in the Report Review window. Note: Some Midmark Holter functions require the use of a security key. For more information on how to use Midmark Holter functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row that contains a Midmark Holter report. The Holter Monitor Options window opens. From the Holter Monitor Options window, you can: View and edit the Full Disclosure report (requires a security key). View the Summary report (no security key required). Select Re-Analyze to repeat the Holter scan on the original ECG recording (requires a security key and does not require the original CompactFlash card). Select Delete Full Disclosure Report to delete the Full Disclosure report and convert it to a Summary report (does not require a security key). Select Exit to close the Holte

View Midmark Stress ECG Reports
After recording a Midmark Stress ECG report, you can view it. The report contains several sections: Summary Table, Average Beat, Trends, and Rhythm Strips. For more information on how to use Midmark Stress ECG functionalities, refer to the appropriate Midmark operation manual. Open the Integrated Equipment Module From the IEM grid, select View Report in a row that contains a Midmark Stress ECG report. The Report Review window opens. Enter or change the following information as needed: Technician: Displays the name of the user logged on to NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Supervising Physician: Displays the name of the physician that supervised the test. Reviewed By: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the name of the provider selected in the IEM. Review Date: When you select the Sign check box, the application displays the date the report was reviewed.
