Delete a Billing ICD Entry From the Billing ICD List

You can delete an entry from the Billing ICD List.
  1. Open Billing ICD List.
  2. Select a billing ICD entry in the billing ICD list.
  3. Select Delete.
    A message appears asking you to confirm deleting the problem.
  4. If the problem was not entered in error, clear the Entered in error check box.
  5. To delete the problem, select Yes.
  6. To open the Deleted Items window, on the billing ICD list toolbar select Deleted Items.
