You can delete an entry from the Billing ICD List.
 
 
  - Open Billing ICD List.
 
  - Select a billing ICD entry in the billing ICD list.
 
  - Select Delete.
   
    A message appears asking you to confirm deleting the problem.
   
 
  - If the problem was not entered in error, clear the Entered in error check box.
 
  - To delete the problem, select Yes.
   
    Note: All deleted billing ICD entries are displayed in the Deleted Items window.
    
 
     
  - To open the Deleted Items window, on the billing ICD list toolbar select Deleted Items.
